Tracking your Eating Habits

Eating has been and continues to be the hardest thing for me to control… After I found out I wasn’t going to be able to run for a while after the Colfax Marathon, I knew a few things needed to change if I’m still going to be successful in Leadville. Here’s my simple little notebook and action I have taken to regain control of my eating.
